This popular event is a show of member-only photographs from the current year highlighting photography skills and the beauty of nature, concentrating mostly on birds, but could be landscapes or other wildlife. I encourage Vancouver Audubon members to submit your favorite high-resolution photographs taken in 2025 (Jan. 1 to present) from anywhere you have been in the world (including your backyard). Please submit your full resolution photos in jpeg format to drose@vancouveraudubon.org by October 1 to be included. If you have several photos, please send a link that accesses those photos.
I will collect the photos into a slideshow to be presented at this live meeting, and each photographer will present their pictures with a few words about the shot/story/location behind them. If you don’t want to present your own photos, provide me with the information and I will gladly give the rundown. Number of photos per person will depend on the total number submitted and the number of participants. Photos will be used in future newsletters and the VAS website.
